Apparently Mr. Robin got his signals a little crossed about this small heat wave we’re experiencing up here in the slowly-unfreezing-but-sure-to-refreeze North.
This poor little guy is going to experience either a long, embarrassing trip back to where the rest of his wiser buddies stayed, or a long, shivering winter shoved in a tree and hopefully finding a friendly squirrel to cuddle up next to.
awwww poor little guy! why do birds and chickens in distress always seem to find you? Maybe you're a bird-whisperer and don't even know it!
ReplyDeleteit's a gift; what can i say.
ReplyDeleteAww, bring him some warm tea and a scarf.
ReplyDelete...maybe bring him some hotdogs and garbanzo beans....
ReplyDeleteHaha! Oh Charlie the chicken, he was a good chicken....and for those who don't know, he was a girl. It took me SO long to find what food he liked to eat.
ReplyDeleteI miss him... I think I need a chicken.
I wonder if the box we made him is still under the deck??? Haha!
I think you need a chicken too, Linds! Logan won't mind!!! I mean you've already done all the research to find out what chickens like best to eat. What a lucky chicken Charlie was....I bet there isn't another chicken alive served such a delicious and diverse buffet!
ReplyDeleteI think a bunny is living in Charlie's old box under the deck....
